What is Ergomon and who is it for?

Ergomon is an energy intelligence platform that collects telemetry and billing data, analyses usage in business context, and delivers prioritized recommendations to reduce energy cost. It's built for operations teams, facility managers, sustainability leads and energy consultants.

How quickly can I get started?

A pilot can be set up in a few days for small sites using CSV uploads or API integrations. Larger deployments with edge gateways and multiple integrations typically take a few weeks depending on scope.

Do you provide a demo?

Yes — book a live demo and we’ll show a walkthrough using anonymized data and discuss a pilot tailored to your site.

Integrations & Data

What data sources do you support?

We support AMI meters, submetering, PLCs, BMS, CSV uploads, and many cloud telemetry providers. We also ingest utility bills for tariff analysis.

How do you handle data quality?

Incoming data is validated, timestamp-aligned and normalized. We identify gaps, remove duplicates, and flag anomalous readings. You can set alerts for missing data.

Can I export data or connect via API?

Yes — Professional and Enterprise plans include API access for exports and integrations. Data exports (CSV/JSON) are available for analysis or reporting.

Security & Compliance

How is my data protected?

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls, audit logs and role-based permissions protect data access. For Enterprise customers we support VPC peering and private network options.

Do you comply with data privacy regulations?

We follow standard data protection practices and can sign data-processing agreements. For country-specific requirements, we work with customers to ensure compliance.

Pricing & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise agreements. Local invoicing options are available for annual contracts.

Is there a trial or pilot?

Yes — Professional plan includes a trial. We also run pilots for enterprise customers to validate ROI before full deployment.

Support

What support channels are available?

Email support is available for all plans. Professional customers receive faster SLAs and Enterprise customers get dedicated support and onboarding.

How do you measure and verify savings?

We use baseline models and continuous monitoring to verify implemented actions. Savings are reported in dashboards and can be exported for audit.
